A direct conversation with the atelier — not a support queue. Bespoke commissions, gifting guidance, care questions, and provenance inquiries are handled personally. The minimum lead time for a bespoke piece is eight weeks; please factor that into your timeline.

Cleaning, storage, and repair advice for existing EcoWool pieces. Restoration service available for archived editions.
